Each Missional Community is led by a called, equipped, and compassionate leader. The MC leaders are responsible to provide the everyday working out of the gospel in community. Great Bay Gospel Fellowship is an elder-led church. The elders have responsibility to shepherd the Great Bay Family — all the missional communities.
